Shipping & Returns

We aim to make every effort to ensure that all products reach you in perfect condition.

We offer a Fast UK Delivery on all orders via 1st Class Royal Mail which will reach you within 1 to 3 days. A guaranteed Next Working Day delivery service for the UK is available at a cost of £6.45 and a guaranteed Saturday delivery service for the UK is also available at a cost of £10.95

We ship worldwide and all international carriage charges are displayed at the checkout before entering your payment details.

All orders received before 3:00pm Moday to Friday are shipped the same day.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any item you have purchased from us, we are happy to provide you with a 'no quibble' refund for the item value or exchange the item for another of your liking of the same value within 30 days of the purchase date.

This does not affect your Statutory right to cancel as stated below.

Privacy Notice

We are committed to protecting your privacy and at no time are your address or personal details passed on to any 3rd party company, person or persons.

Email addresses are used to send you confirmation of orders as well as status updates on orders you have placed with us that are yet to be completed. If you wish to do so, you can opt-in to receiving our occasional newsletter by email. This is done during checkout time or in your account area.

All order records are saved on our secure database. Information contained in these records are the address, email address, telephone number and the products contained in the order so if in the very unlikely event of there being a problem with your order, we can contact you to resolve it as efficiently as possible. If you setup an account on the website you can view a full history of all your orders placed with us at any time.

No credit card or debit card details are stored on our servers or database.

All payments over our website are securely encrypted so all transactions are dealt with efficiently and safely.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel the purchase of any goods without having to give a reason at any time within the 'cooling off period' of seven working days, beginning on the day after your receive the goods.

You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address info@gmsproducts.co.uk

Cancellation Consequences

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

On occasion we contact our customers via a newsletter containing latest product offers and news which you receive via email. This service is available to you only if you choose to 'opt-in' when you are creating your account, updating your account or at checkout time. You can unsubscribe at anytime.

We do not and will not share your email or postal address details with any 3rd party organisation or individual.

Account Information

GMS products offers you the option of creating a customer account. This is a straight forward process and allows you to view your past orders as well as create wish lists. You can login to you account at anytime to view, edit, remove your account or current orders by going to the Shopping Basket and clicking the 'Login to my account' button.
